Photovoltaic Panel System Design Consultation

Envision standing on your roofing system on a crisp Schuylkill County Pennsylvania early morning, sunlight spilling over the horizon, and questioning, " How can I record this energy most effectively?" That's where a solar panel system design assessment transforms from a mundane consultation into a turning point of discovery. It's not practically slapping panels on a roofing system; it has to do with crafting a customized energy option that dances with your home's unique characteristics.

The Art and Science of Tailored Solar Styles

Every home in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania is a solar story waiting to be told. The consultation dives deep into factors like:

  • Roofing orientation and pitch-- Is your roofing a sun magnet or a shadow haven?
  • Shading patterns-- Trees or neighboring structures may play spoiler.
  • Energy usage habits-- Night owl or early riser, your usage shapes the system.
  • Future expansion possibilities-- Planning for tomorrow's power requires today.
KentI would highly recommend Lumina and Courtney Sollenberger to anyone looking into solar options. Courtney is very knowledgeable and took the time to lay out all of our options. I looked seriously at 3 different companies and Lumina was the clear leader. No pressure and a team of professionals supporting us through the entire process. Lots of clear communication at each step of the process. The installation team was super efficient and took the time to answer every question I had. We have been up and running since June banking electricity in our net metering solution. The visibility into what our system is producing through their app software and hardware is amazing.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Kent
Bruce WightmanLumina is an excellent option for the installation of a solar system. We installed roof panels with a battery backup. Design process and initial consultations were a very encouraging experience. It was many months, however, between a signed contract and installation. Pricing is a little high compared to some competitors. There were some complications with installation, with one significant error taking two visits to correct. Once installed, however, the system operates beautifully-- very much as described. We've been making electricity for two years now with no issues and gotten through a couple of short power outages running off our battery as expected from specs. The only real complaint is that communication was sometimes lacking. It's hard to get a live person on the phone and there was lots of telephone tag required to resolve issues during installation. Having said that, the reps and techs were really terrific-- and that prompts confidence in the work itself.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Bruce Wightman
Dan RodriguezLumina Solar was absolutely great to work with and we are glad we did. Our rep laid everything out and walked us through every step. It was a smooth process and we are very happy with our system.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Dan Rodriguez
Allan CreamerWe have a solar installation that was installed by Sunrun about 8 years ago. We are now faced with replacing our roof and needed to have the panels and hardware temporarily removed. Lumina solar, as Sunrun's subcontractor, did the removal in a single day, despite a few hick-ups along the way. We had a two-man crew...Isaiah and Charlie! They conducted themselves with professionalism, and were very knowledgeable about their task. Isaiah was in frequent contact with progress reports and the property was cleaned up when they left. We were pleased with their work and hope they will the crew that comes back out to reinstall the system once the roof work is completed.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Allan Creamer
Lance KingAmazing experience from start to finish. Alex gave us the sales pitch; extremely informative, never felt pressured for a sale and worked with us to design a system that met our needs and budget. The engineering team came out and did the roof inspection and took measurements within a week. The install team arrived about a week later and I was impressed by the professional appearance and performance. Once done, they got the inspection scheduled and we were generating power in less than 2 months. Our neighbors used a different company (well known) and had panels on first, but a month longer to get approval, and WOW the difference in confidence we had when Lumina's install team showed up after watching the other guys. The panels are attractive in that they don't stand out. Our house is all electric, and solar covers all our power needs from Apr to Oct. We had a great expatiate with Lumina and they delivered what they promised.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Lance King
Scott JensenVery impressed with these guys especially Peter! Even though they didn’t installed a system for me they communicated extremely well and were willing to work with me.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Scott Jensen
Octavio RI recently had my solar panels set up with this company and the process of getting everything approved and set up was incredibly fast and easy. Jevon Ciciliot was my sales person and he did a great job explaining how everything works. This was a great experience for me from the sales pitch all the way through the installation process.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Octavio R
Rich FatzingerI evaluated a number of different solar companies. Some impressed me. Some did not, but then I spoke with a friend who “strongly recommended” contacting Phillip Jordan with Lumina Solar. I am so glad that I did because my experience with Phil and Lumina was incredible from start to finish. The contracting process was seemless. Their pricing was in line with the other Solar providers I was speaking to, and Lumina actually used a higher rated panel. Lumina handled all of the township permitting/inspection process, which also was a very simple process. When it was time for install, there were 3 or 4 guys who came and installed all 35 of my panels in one day. They were very courteous and made sure I was properly informed and was able to provide input in any important decisions regarding aesthetics or function. My system is now turned on by my power company and it is meeting the performance specifications I was told to expect. Long story short, this has been by far my best experience with any contractor/installer I have ever had, regardless of the type of contractor/installer. I would be happy to answer any questions from anyone considering Solar.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Rich Fatzinger
Rose PalazzariThe whole job went well. From the sales end to the instillation. Matt Dier did a wonderful job following and tracking everything I would highly recommend Lumina. Very pleasedReview of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Rose Palazzari
Richard ZinnWe were blown away with the customer service we received with Lumina Solar. Matt D. from the company helped us through the entire process, answered any questions we may have had, and provided us with peace of mind when dealing with a complex investment. The installation team were clean, considerate, kind, and quick for the installation of the panels. All of the communication with Lumina was easy and we received quick responses.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Richard Zinn
