Christian StecherWe loved our solar panels. The installation was quick. The panels are working great we just passed the one year mark and the amount of energy and Bill. We are saving is great.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by Christian Stecher
Matthew CawthorneI was really excited with the idea of getting a rooftop PV system, and Lumina had really good reviews. Their price was nearly identical to another very highly rated company in my area and I liked the look of the REC panels so we went with Lumina. During the initial sizing I proposed a symmetric configuration that was pleasing to the eye and was told 'we can discuss the exact configuration during the engineering phase'. Well, I was never contacted until all of the approvals were complete and at that point it was too late to get the configuration that I wanted. The Lumina configuration was unsymmetric and had 1 fewer panel on the highly productive south facing roof. It was not the end of the world, but I take pride in the aesthetics of my house. In the end I was able to get them to make it symmetric, but with the one less panel in the good orientation. The biggest problem, however is that the panels on the front of the house are in a nearly ideal orientation, facing almost south, and with a roof pitch that is good for this latitude. The 400+ watt panels are oriented well enough that they should be able to generate close to 400 watts during the middle of the day (cloud cover permitting). Lumina specified and installed 300 watt inverters so those panels never produce more than 300 watts. Instead of a sine wave for production I get a curve that is clipped flat on top. 300 watt inverters are ok for the back of the house where the sun angles are not as ideal and the panels cannot produce as much power, but not for the front. So why am I giving them 4 stars? Well, their Operations department that scheduled and performed the installation did a really good job and were a delight to work with. The workmanship is really good and everything has been functioning for the first 16 months of operation. There were no surprises in the pricing.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by Matthew Cawthorne

Robert KoesterPanels and electrical are in place and look great. The install team was in and out in about 1.5 days. Very professional. Next will be the inspection processes and we will be start it up. Very anxious to move forward. If your interested in solar energy, I would definitely recommend Lumina. From my 1st meeting with Charlie Keyser, I knew we had found the right contractor for the project. Charlie was very detailed on how solar systems worked, the quality of the product and how the installation process would take place. Since that time I have met with multiple team members and they are all have been great, from the girls in the office to the engineer that came out to our home. We are actually ahead of schedule. The field racking system was completed today and we are scheduled for the panel and electric install early next month. I will provide more details and hopefully continued high praise for the Lumina team Friday the Lumina team was out and installed the electrical conduit in the ground. I spoke the the lead tech and answered a couple of questions and they were good to go. Nice work. When I arrived home from work and went out to look over the work, was that there was a underground hornets nest about 6-8 feet away from where they were working at the house. Hopefully they didn't get stung. I have since had the nest re moved and will make sure they don't return prior to the panel and wiring installation.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by Robert Koester
Lauren McSheaWe loved our experience with Lumina Solar. The entire process was seamless. Philip Jordan, our team lead, was a joy to work with. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and had great follow-through throughout the entire process. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Lumina Solar.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by Lauren McShea
Viken PatelIf I could give more than 5 stars I would. I couldn't be more happier with Phillip Jordan and the entire Lumina Solar team. From the day I contacted Phillip, he was responsive, professional and thorough in explaining and answering all my questions regarding switching to Solar. He came up with the design that fit my needs. He guided me through each and every step of the process, answering all my questions during the install. Even after my install, Phillip is always a text message away. That is the level of dedication they have towards their customers which is the main reason I went with Lumina. I even recommended Phillip to few of my friends and family members and most of them already switched to Solar. Thank you so much to Phillip and the Lumina Team for helping me in transitioning to a more sustainable future.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by Viken Patel
John McGreeveyI was absolutely delighted with our Lumina Solar experience here in Pennsylvania. Matt Dier was our guide throughout the entire process and he was knowledgeable, dependable, attentive to all details, and responsive to my many rounds of questions. I appreciated his customer focus. He provided us a range of options for our house and worked with us to determine the best solar arrangement for our particular situation. Once we agreed upon a plan, he helped us understand what to expect at every stage, from payment and financing to installation to SRECs. When I had a question about one aspect of our solar installation on the day the panels were being installed, Matt looked into the question immediately, got back to me right away, and fully explained that aspect of the installation. The installation team too, described what they were doing and took time to educate us about the system configuration. It is such a pleasure to interact with professionals like Matt Dier and a top-notch company like Lumina Solar and I give them my highest recommendation!Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by John McGreevey
  • Regularly inspect mounting hardware-- tighten up anything that feels loose.
