Lumina Solar PA comprehends how the particular landscape and environment of Chester County Pennsylvania influence solar performance. This is not almost slapping panels on a roof; it's about crafting a bespoke option that consider:

  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Chester County Pennsylvania by Ihor Wolchuk: I met with eight or more solar providers and found that Lumina offered the best combination of equipment, financing, and reputation, based on their numerous positive reviews. It was a pleasure working with my project manager, Jack Wood, and Lumina’s design team. With my input, they revised the layout, number of panels, and overall design several times to address my concerns and fully maximize the potential of my three roof surfaces. Additionally, they managed to do it in an aesthetically pleasing way. After installation, one of my panels stopped working due to squirrel damage. Lumina’s monitoring service detected the issue the same day and promptly sent a repair crew to fix it. I couldn’t recommend the company more highly.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Chester County Pennsylvania by David Klebanoff: Jack at Lumina was on top of all aspects of the solar experience. I highly recommend him
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Chester County Pennsylvania by Jeff Chapman: Lumina Solar is the way to go. Jack Wood was our rep and explained everything in detail. Our project was pushed back by a couple of days due to snow and high winds (install was in January), but the guys came out on Saturday and Sunday to finish up and get back on schedule. I received quotes from 2 other companies and Lumina was right in the middle. The company with the low offer did not have the length of warranty that Lumina has. They did not have many positive reviews, and I did not get that warm and fuzzy feeling from their very pushy sales guy. The high quote was more than double what Lumina came in at. They also said that their panels would be able to cover 100% of my electric usage. When I sent Jack my electric bills he was shocked at how much we use (family of 8, work from home, kids home schooled, etc). He was honest and said there is no way that we could get 100% covering our existing roof panels. we would need another 10 panels. He said their panels will only produce about 75% of our electric usage. He is spot on for the last 7 months. I am planning on a roof over our patio in the next couple of years and I will definitely be using Lumina to cover that roof with panels.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Chester County Pennsylvania by Ralph Baumgardner: Kurt Bradshaw went above and beyond helping us with deciding on Lumina Solar. My husband passed before he could witness the installation. He did a lot of research on solar systems and decided Lumina was the best. My son and I went along with his dream and Kurt Bradshaw was very helpful and kind. I am very glad I did follow through with my late husband’s dream.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Chester County Pennsylvania by val magby: Installation was done very professionally. Friendly and informative technicians. Thank you
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Chester County Pennsylvania by JoAnne Teel: Courtney was great to work with. She was courteous, kind and patient with our long list of questions and fears. She didn’t hesitate in responding. She is positive to your company.Thank you!
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Chester County Pennsylvania by Bob Schoenfeld: The Lumina Solar crew are exceptional installers . We've had solar power for a little over a year and have saved roughly $300 per month in utility bills. They're quite professional and knowledgeable about the process.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Chester County Pennsylvania by Andy Gaynor: I had a fairly complex 16.2kw ground mount system recently installed. Everyone at Lumina was highly professional, from the initial sales presentation with Philip, to the project manager Cory working with us on details, the survey team, the trenching team, all the installers Josh I believe was our lead amd was phenomenal and very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. I also appreciated the work ethic, each team worked diligently to make sure each phase of the project was completed as quickly as possible. Once our installation was completed Rob came out to meet with the permit inspector for my local township and ensured that everything went smoothly. Having a dedicated team who I felt comfortable with this type of investment was paramount in my decision to choose what solar company I went with, and Lumina did not disappoint! I'm confident that I will enjoy my new energy independence, and if there are any hiccups Lumina has my back!
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Chester County Pennsylvania by Christopher Adams: Had a great experience with lumina. They were professional and informative from the start. Ask for Jack. Answered all my questions. Even late at night and off hours. Even with a new baby on the way. Install team from MD and PA was just as great very informative and even finish the install a day early.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Chester County Pennsylvania by John Collier: So far I have had a very positive experience with Lumina. A friend had done some research and sent me his top solar prospects, with Lumina as his #1. I called several companies and Lumina stood just above the others. The salesperson, Matt D, was knowledgeable and supportive without being pushy. The design process was all done over zoom, and everything was well explained. Once I was ready to commit, everything moved along smoothly and as expected. The installation was uneventful in a good way. The permitting took a while, but they had set my expectations for that, so it wasn't a surprise. Once the panels were up and running, the monitoring software is great, and Matt continues to support me as I have questions. My panels only came online in October of 2021, so my review may change if I get any curveballs in the future, but for now, everything has been wonderful!
  • Sun course variations throughout the year
  • Microclimates triggered by neighboring structures and foliage
  • Ideal panel tilt and orientation to make the most of energy capture
  • Combination with existing electrical systems

Anecdotally, a homeowner in Bucks County as soon as thought a shaded yard disagreed for solar. Lumina's group showed how strategic placement on an eastern roof segment could still capture sufficient sunshine, turning hesitation into excitement.

Specialist Tips for Solar Style Success

  1. Conduct a thorough site evaluation at different times of the day to determine shading problems.
  2. Use advanced simulation software application to predict energy output over seasons, not simply warm days.
  3. Consider future tree growth or nearby construction that could change sunlight direct exposure.
  4. Design for simple growth, enabling for extra panels as energy requires grow.
